There will be a delay in services due to an unusually high number of administrative staff sickness within the surgery. This will impact the telephone line waiting times and administrative requests.

This has not affected the clinical capacity and all appointments are still going ahead as well as booking appointments.

We have declared an emergency to the ICB while dealing with the matter and hope to be back to full capacity as soon as possible.
