The surgery is holding Dementia Hub on 29.09.2023 and 27.10.23 at 10.30am to 12.30pm. Patients are welcome to pop into the surgery to see Josie (our dementia care navigator) who will be answering any queries you may have. Please see attached leaflets below for more information.
