Requests for repeat prescriptions can be made:
- SystmOnline - You will need to sign up to SystmOnline to obtain prescriptions instead of emails.
- In person. Hand your request in at reception or place it in the box near the front door. Please use the form which is attached to your prescription whenever possible.
- By post - if you include a stamped addressed envelope we can send your prescription to you.
- Nominated Pharmacy - You can also request through your nominated Pharmacy
Repeat prescription requests can not be taken over the telephone or via email.
All precription request are actioned within 48 hours (surgery open times only).
Please request all the items you may need to last you a full month. Same-day collection may be available in exceptionally cases please contact the reception for any urgent requests.
The Hollies Surgery is now ready to do electronic prescriptions without the need for paper. You will need to nominate a Pharmacy and request your prescription in the normal way. The prescription will go automatically to the Pharmacy of your choice.
