If you have any complaint about any aspect of the service we provide at the surgery please put it in writing to the Practice Manager who is responsible for dealing with these matters. This can be sent in the form of a letter or if preferred, you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, clearly marked for the attention of the Practice Manager. Our complaints procedure is in line with the national criteria.
